musicube academy has existed since 2003. Since 2009, our main location has been in the centre of Bonn, around 300 metres from Beethoven’s birthplace. Before that, and alongside it, the academy operated across different locations and structures, and Bachelor and Master-level study were not always integrated within one institute.

Today, the picture is clear: preparatory programmes, Bachelor and Master pathways are brought together in one place and closely connected to professional facilities. The academic degree programmes are delivered in cooperation with Alanus University of Arts and Social Sciences, which acts as the accrediting institution and awards the degree, while commissioning musicube academy to deliver the programme.

Bonn offers a distinctive setting, shaped by its Beethoven Orchestra, its historical background, and the atmosphere of a student university city. For students, this creates a coherent study path with a strong artistic context and a direct connection to professional practice.
